Big benefit concert in the Bronnbach Monastery – music for a good cause!

On July 10, 2025, a benefit concert by the Baden-Württemberg State Police Orchestra will take place in Bronnbach Monastery. The concert, which begins at 7 p.m. and doors open at 6 p.m., promises a very special musical experience and supports a good cause at the same time. The proceeds from the concert go to the Action Group for Addiction and Violence Prevention, Safety and Health Promotion in the Main-Tauber District (Förderverein AkS) and thus contribute to the fight against addiction and violence.

How Wertheim.de reports, the donations collected during the concert are intended for school projects to prevent addiction and violence. Elisabeth Krug, head of social affairs at the Main-Tauber-Kreis district office, provides information about the use of the funds, which will, for example, flow into experiential educational project days, prevention theater with former addicts and self-defense courses for girls.

Diverse music program

The State Police Orchestra, known for its high-quality musical repertoire, will offer guests a wide range of musical styles. From classical music to symphonic brass music to swing, jazz, rock, pop and traditional brass music – the concert promises a comprehensive musical journey. In a statement from mainpost.de District Administrator Christoph Schauder emphasizes how important additional funds are for the work of the support association. The association is financed largely through donations and partly through fines.

Admission to the concert is free, but donations are warmly requested. This support helps the association to finance numerous prevention offers at schools, which repeatedly request financial support for such projects.

The aim of the benefit concert is not only to delight the listeners musically, but also to highlight the importance of addiction and violence prevention in society. Together with the state police orchestra, we are setting an example for a safe and healthy future for the young people in the Main-Tauber district.
