The Wertwiesen Parkrun is becoming increasingly popular in Heilbronn. This weekly event takes place every Saturday at 9am. It is a free race in which participants can cover a distance of 5 kilometers - be it by running, walking or just walking. With over 6 million registered participants worldwide and more than 350,000 participants each week, Parkrun is the largest physical activity movement. The events, which now take place in almost 2,000 locations in 21 countries, offer free access to anyone who wants to take part. However, registration is required and all participants must bring a scannable copy of their barcode.
