Classic cars and celebrations: Tannhausen celebrates 40 years at the Opel Club!

The Opel Club Tannhausen celebrated its 40th anniversary on Whit Sunday, June 9, 2025, with a large classic and classic car meeting on the community's sports field. A special attraction was a London taxi, which not only aroused enthusiasm among photographers. Tannhausen's tuning scene was also well represented at the celebration. With a car evaluation and the awarding of trophies in various categories, the competition for the most beautiful vehicles was given an important role.

Diverse program for visitors

The program of the 12th Brand Open Old & Youngtimer Meeting offered visitors numerous amenities. The day began at 9:00 a.m. with the arrival of the vehicles, followed by a traditional white sausage breakfast, which was served from 9:30 a.m. Barbecue offerings were available continuously from 10 a.m. and at 11 a.m. guests were able to enjoy a hearty lunch. The day was accompanied musically by the band “Oldschool”, which ensured a good atmosphere from 11 a.m. onwards. Visitors were also able to enjoy coffee and cake at 2:30 p.m. before the trophy presentation took place at 3:30 p.m.

There was also an entertaining beer crate stacking with a truck crane - an additional highlight of the day that caused lots of laughs. Admission prices were kept low at €5 per vehicle, with each driver receiving a gift and a sticker.

Community exchange and festive atmosphere

The event not only offered visitors the opportunity to admire the vehicles, but also to exchange ideas and talk shop. A point that strengthens the community among classic car fans.
