In May 2025, Erste Hausverwaltung GmbH (EHV) secured a significant place in German real estate management with the acquisition of several companies. In a step that strengthens the EHV organizations and elevates the entire industry, Oehler Immobilien- und Hausverwaltung GmbH, Allgemeine Wohnungsverwaltungs- & Pflegesgesellschaft Verwey GmbH, H+V Tesche Immobilienverwaltung GmbH and IEB Immobilien-, Entwicklung- & Pfleges-GmbH are now part of the corporate group. Oehler Immobilien- und Hausverwaltung GmbH is based in Essen and employs more than 70 people. In addition to real estate management, it also offers facility management and technical building management. Verwey GmbH and H+V Tesche Immobilienverwaltung GmbH are based in Duisburg, Erkrath, Hamburg and Berlin and together manage over 24,000 residential units with more than 70 employees.
