EHV strengthens itself: New real estate companies join!
In May 2025, Erste Hausverwaltung GmbH (EHV) secured a significant place in German real estate management with the acquisition of several companies. In a step that strengthens the EHV organizations and elevates the entire industry, Oehler Immobilien- und Hausverwaltung GmbH, Allgemeine Wohnungsverwaltungs- & Pflegesgesellschaft Verwey GmbH, H+V Tesche Immobilienverwaltung GmbH and IEB Immobilien-, Entwicklung- & Pfleges-GmbH are now part of the corporate group. This was posted on June 17, 2025 by Landlord guide announced.
Oehler Immobilien- und Hausverwaltung GmbH is based in Essen and employs more than 70 people. In addition to real estate management, it also offers facility management and technical building management. Verwey GmbH and H+V Tesche Immobilienverwaltung GmbH are based in Duisburg, Erkrath, Hamburg and Berlin and together manage over 24,000 residential units with more than 70 employees. IEB GmbH, on the other hand, specializes in architectural and construction services.
Strategic support for subsidiaries
EHV plans to offer its subsidiaries support in various critical areas, including digitalization, personnel recruitment and the optimization and simplification of administrative processes. It is important that all acquired companies retain their independence and operate under their previous name. The current managing directors, Helge Oehler and Hagen Bens, will continue to be active and strengthen the EHV management team.
The acquisition process fits into a larger picture. The property management industry in Germany is characterized by a large number of small and medium-sized companies. Statistically speaking, around 38.4% in this sector consist of micro-enterprises with fewer than 10 employees, while around 26.1% are classified as small companies (up to 49 employees).
The future of real estate management
Another aspect of the development in real estate management is highlighted by contributions from experts such as Verve Capital Partners AG, which aims to bring real estate management into the 21st century. Loud verve Digital solutions and innovative approaches are crucial to effectively meet market challenges while meeting customer expectations.
With these strategic acquisitions and the simultaneous focus on digital transformation, EHV is not only positioning itself as an important player in the German real estate market, but is also setting standards for future developments in the industry. By integrating innovative technologies and modern management practices, EHV will be able to offer its customers an even higher quality service and revolutionize the market as a whole.
