Duchess Meghan published private photos with her children, Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie, via her Instagram account on April 27, 2023. These pictures were shared under the caption "Sunday kind of love... with my little loves" and show warm mother-daughter moments. Lilibet, who has bright red hair reminiscent of her father Prince Harry's hair color, is seen admiring a large pink flower. Prince Archie, who is now five years old, also appears in the footage, but only from behind as he looks at pink flowers. Archie also has red hair, which he also inherited from his father. At the WellChild Awards in fall 2024, Prince Harry spoke about the similarities between his children and Meghan, whose long, shiny hair they inherited.
Despite their family's sweet displays, tensions remain between the Sussexes and the British royal family. A significant anniversary
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary on May 19, 2023. On that day, Meghan shared a collage of unpublished photos from her private photo album on social media documenting the life of the couple and their children. This publication was titled "Seven Years of Marriage. A Lifetime Full of Stories." The handwritten notes in the collage indicate when and where the images were taken and highlight milestones in their relationship, which began in 2016. These include selfies from London, the picture of their second date in Botswana as well as the engagement photos from 2017 and pictures of their wedding at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle, in 2018.
In her message, Meghan thanks those who supported her love story and wishes them a “Happy anniversary!” The collage also features pictures of Archie as a baby as well as shots from her life after stepping away from her royal duties in 2020.
