Great fun for children: Dzień Dziecka ensures exciting experiences!

On June 1, Dzień Dziecka, Children's Day, was celebrated in Kraków with a variety of events specifically tailored to the needs and interests of the youngest generation. Numerous activities took place in various parts of the city, ranging from cultural to creative and sporting activities. How Radio Kraków reported that the Centrum Kultury Podgórza was particularly active and offered a varied program.

The Praska 52 Theater presented two performances at Dzień Dziecka: “Kucharze” at 11:00 a.m. and “Sąsiedzi” at 3:00 p.m., for which tickets were available at a price of 40 zł. At the same time, a free family picnic was held at Club Skotniki, which attracted numerous families from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. There were bouncy castles, large games and a creative area that appealed to young young artists.

A variety of activities and workshops

A special highlight was the announcement of free workshops in the Płaszów Club, which took place on June 3rd at 5:00 p.m. under the motto “Dzieci Rządzą!” directed by Robert Trojanowski. This event is not only intended to entertain children, but also to give them the opportunity to express their creativity. Young guests can also prepare their own mini pizzas at the Soboniowice Club on June 4th. A reservation is required for this as places are limited.

Other attractions took place throughout the city. On June 7th, the game “Tajemniczego Uzdrowiska” will be presented at the Swoszowice club, which focuses on the history of Swoszowice. The family festival at the Kostrze Club on the same day also promises great entertainment for the whole family with various activities. Admission to all of these events is free.

Cultural highlights in June

The month of June has even more cultural highlights in store. On June 11, a concert entitled “POLCOUNTRY” will take place at Strefa Sokolska at 6:00 p.m., where Dorota Helbin and Elżbieta Garncarczyk will perform. For only 30 or 25 zł, visitors can enjoy this musical experience. There will also be a concert by Professor Marek Chołoniewski in CSW Solvay on June 13th, where admission is free but advance registration is required.
