Mini golf fun for everyone: Free round on the hospital grounds in Bedburg-Hau!
On Sunday, July 6th, a special event will take place on the grounds of the LVR Clinic in Bedburg-Hau from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The newly renovated mini golf course, which was maintained by committed members of the Bedburger-Begegnungspark e.V. association, can be used on site. This association is actively committed to the development and revitalization of the clinic site, which includes a generous 80 hectares of forest and park space as well as around 100 historical buildings, and would like to make this place a livable space for convalescence, work, living and relaxation. Further information about this initiative is available on the association's website at bedburger-begegnungspark.de.
The event is aimed not only at minigolf enthusiasts, but also at anyone who is curious about the club's current projects and future plans. In addition to the opportunity to spend a few relaxing hours on the mini golf course, guests are also offered coffee, cake and soft drinks. The event is also an excellent opportunity to find out about the work of the support association. On July 5th, he will also present himself at the LVR Clinic's summer festival at the Gesellschaftshaus and present important information about expanding the cultural and social offerings on the site. Niederrhein Nachrichten reports that the association's priority is to strengthen cultural projects such as festivals, guided tours and readings.
A lively place for the community
The Bedburger-Begegnungspark e.V. association sees itself as responsible for developing the hospital environment into a place for encounters and relaxation. Dr. Charlotte Giesbers-Reijngoudt, a prominent representative of the association, was recently awarded the Bedburg-Hau municipality's 2024 Home Prize, which is awarded for local commitment. This recognition underlines the association's positive influence on the community and its efforts to make the location more livable.
Those interested have the opportunity to support the association through membership or donations. For example, a donation account is offered at Volksbank Kleverland to support the diverse projects on the clinic grounds. The IBAN for donations is DE20324604220004821017.
