Herrenberg shines: Long shopping night thrills with action and enjoyment!

The popular event “Herrenberg shines” will take place in downtown Herrenberg on October 17, 2025. This long shopping night promises numerous creative activities and an unforgettable shopping experience for all visitors. The event is organized by Stadtmarketing Herrenberg e.V., the Herrenberg trade association and the Herrenberg city administration to bring the old town to life and invite visitors to take an evening stroll.

From 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., visitors can expect a varied program with a wide range of offers in the shops, on the market square and in the old town. Numerous retailers, restaurateurs and service providers will present themselves with special promotions and culinary surprises. Highlights include crepes and mulled wine at La Piazza, antipasti and cocktails at the Marktcafé, and hot soups and teas at KüchenLiebling.

Entertainment and attractions

There is also a lot on offer in the areas of entertainment and attractions. At 6:30 p.m., the Tabea Ballet School will perform a dance performance in the Market Square, followed by an impressive breakdance and graffiti performance by Nathan Grant Kitch at 8:00 p.m. In addition, the reopening of the TripleShift store, formerly the Schwarzwaldmomente flower shop, will be celebrated with a silent disco.

Special light installations, such as “Liquid Light” in the Klosterhof vaulted cellar and “Radius” on the construction site in Bronngasse, create an atmospheric atmosphere. For the little guests there is the “Herri the City Mouse” campaign, which gives out surprises. The Herrenberg City Library also invites you to browse late at night until 10 p.m. and offers interested newcomers a free trial month.

Participating stores offer a variety of discounts, tastings, workshops and live music, so there is something to suit every taste. The aim of the event is to attract families and all other visitors to the old town and to offer them a special shopping experience.
