USC Münster has made significant progress in the licensing process. President Jürgen Aigner explained that these conditions include, among other things, improving the equity situation and adhering to a set personnel cost cap.
The squad planning for the coming 2025/26 season has already been carried out taking these requirements into account. About USC Münster
The USC Münster was founded in 1961 as the Münster University Sports Club and is based at Sperlichstrasse 10, 48151 Münster. With President Jürgen Aigner at the helm and a committed team under coach Matthias Pack (since April 2024) and assistant coach Jack Payne, the club is well positioned. The team plays its games in the Berg Fidel sports hall and belongs to the highest league in German volleyball.
In recent years, USC Münster has experienced remarkable sporting development. The women's team reached the playoff quarter-finals last season, which shows considerable progress compared to previous years. Over the years, the USC women have achieved numerous successes, including nine titles as German champions and eleven DVV cup victories.
