The prosecution shows that the defendant carried out a knife attack on a passerby in an aggressive mood and after consuming drugs and alcohol. He first pushed and hit a martial artist who ran past him before he pulled out a folding knife and stabbed her neck and upper body. Thanks to her martial arts experience, the woman was able to partially avoid the stings. When she called for help and fled, the defendant followed for a short time, but gave up when he could no longer catch up with the passer-by. He was eventually arrested in a nearby parking garage.
