Pentecost in Ostalb: A weekend full of adventures and activities!

The Pentecost weekend from June 7th to 9th, 2025 brings with it numerous events and activities in the Ostalbkreis region. From Heidenheim to the Swabian Forest, visitors can experience various events that are suitable for the whole family. The variety of offerings ranges from market fairs to sporting competitions that offer both fun and cultural experiences.

A highlight of the weekend is Rose market in Heidenheim, which will take place on Saturday, June 7th, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Hinteren Gasse. Entry is free. Rose bushes and valuable planting tips await visitors in a floral ambience.

Medieval market and more

From June 7th to 9th, 2025 there will also be Medieval market at Katzenstein Castle take place. Visitors can look forward to knight fights, music, jugglers and a lively market. Day tickets cost 18 euros for adults and 9 euros for children aged 4 and over. This event offers an exciting experience for all ages.
