Early Monday morning, at exactly 12:20 a.m., a 19-year-old traveler was brutally attacked by an aggressive group of young men. The shocking attack, which began after a sudden slap in the face, could affect any traveler! VKZ.de reports that his companion was not spared either - he was also slapped in the face, completely unexpectedly!

The unbridled violence that unfolded in the darkness makes your blood run cold. The two travelers were unlucky enough to be in the wrong place at the wrong time when they came across the group of four people, aged between 17 and 18. With shock and horror, the two called the emergency number while they were on the train to Sersheim and called the police. The encounter couldn't be more dramatic! The police, who were already waiting for the victims at Sersheim train station, shortly afterwards came across the suspects, who arrived on a later train.

However, these terrible attacks are not the only alarming incidents that occur at Bietigheim train station! Another scandalous incident recently occurred at the same location when a 56-year-old man attacked security forces with raised fists. Stuttgarter Nachrichten reports that this incident happened on Wednesday afternoon when security staff wanted to expel another passenger from the station!

The violent attack is another example of how the safety of travelers at train stations has become a dangerous bet. Police responded and temporarily arrested the attacker, but the question remains: how safe are train stations really?

The frightening statistics speak for themselves! Violent crimes at train stations in Germany have increased alarmingly over the past year. According to an analysis of the country's most dangerous train stations, the number of violent crimes increased from 25,640 in 2023 to a staggering 27,160 in 2024!
