Burglaries and vandalism: Perpetrators are up to mischief in the Ludwigsburg district!

A worrying series of break-ins and property damage occurred in the Ludwigsburg district between Monday and Wednesday. The police have asked the public for information in order to track down the perpetrators. The incidents include several different offenses that occurred in several locations.

A break-in in Gemmrigheim was carried out between Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning. The perpetrator broke into a residential and practice building through a basement window, where he pried open two doors in the basement to gain access to a practice on the ground floor. He stole a three-figure amount of cash. The exact amount of property damage is currently unknown. Information can be passed on to the Kirchheim am Neckar police station (Ludwigsburg24).

Further incidents in the district

Another incident took place in Neckarrems, where two cars, a Ford and a Mercedes, were sprayed in a parking lot on “Am Rappenhau” street between Wednesday evening and 9:30 p.m. The material damage amounts to around 2,000 euros. Information can be given to the Kornwestheim police station.

In Vaihingen/Enz there was an accident in which an unknown driver damaged a Mitsubishi in the parking lot of a supermarket. The material damage is estimated at around 5,000 euros. The investigators are also asking for information that can be directed to the Vaihingen/Enz police station.

There was also a break-in in Korntal between Tuesday afternoon and evening in which a window and a patio door were forced open. The target was an apartment from which two high-quality jackets were stolen. The amount of damage caused is still unclear, and the Ludwigsburg criminal police are responsible for starting the investigation.

Finally, another break-in was reported in Möglingen, in which the perpetrators broke a balcony door and got into the apartment. It is still unclear whether anything was stolen as the interior is currently being examined. Here too, the criminal police are involved in the investigation.
