BMX Bundesliga final in Ingersheim: The competition of the best!

The BMX Bundesliga is in the starting blocks for its grand finale, which will take place in Ingersheim on October 11th and 12th, 2025. This national ranking series in BMX racing includes riders of all ages and is considered an important event for cycling. MSC Ingersheim is proud to be the host for the crucial weekend.

The seventh round of the season opens on Saturday, October 11th at 12.30 p.m. The day's finals are scheduled for around 3 p.m. On Sunday, October 12th, the eighth race starts at 11:20 a.m. and the finals are scheduled for 2 p.m. This year's series includes a total of four double races, which were held in Leopoldshöhe, Weiterstadt, Hamburg and Ingersheim. The MSC Ingersheim drivers can have high hopes for success based on their performance so far.

Successful drivers from the region

Kerstin Meyer is one of the favorites for the upcoming final. She was able to achieve both daily victories in the women's cruiser class at the last double race in Hamburg. In addition to her, other talented drivers from the region also showed impressive performances:

  • Marie Isabell Thomas (EJW Baltmannsweiler, Klasse Girls 7/8)
  • Paul Maximilian Masch (Skizunft Kornwestheim, Klasse Boys 15/16)
  • Maximilian Ziegler (Skizunft Kornwestheim, Klasse Männer)
  • Lucas Mues (Skizunft Kornwestheim, Eliteklasse männlich)
  • Lina Kaiser (TSF Welzheim, Eliteklasse weiblich)

International competitions and local successes

In addition to the national events, the results of the UCI World Cup are also important. There, various athletes showed what is possible in international competition. In the elite men's race of the second round, Sylvain André from France took first place, while in the elite women's race Molly Simpson from Canada left the competition behind.

The BMX Bundesliga not only acts as a springboard for local talent, but also has the opportunity to make these talents visible in international competitions. For example, Lucas Mues and Alina Beck have taken part in various UCI World Cup rounds, which represents significant recognition for local BMX racing.

With a solid performance next week, the region's drivers can further cement their reputation and perhaps even pave their way onto the international stage. The anticipation for the big finale in Ingersheim is palpable, and the entire BMX community is looking forward to the upcoming races.
