Heaven’s Kitchen conquers Heilbronn: enjoyment without waste and full of sustainability!

Heaven’s Kitchen, an innovative multi-brand concept based in Stuttgart Mitte, is committed to making sustainable lifestyles a sensual experience. The company combines plant-based gastronomy, catering, a food truck, events and cultural formats as well as a yoga studio. With its clear focus on vegan cuisine and sustainability, Heaven's Kitchen pursues an ambitious zero waste concept that avoids over 75% of common catering waste. This practical implementation of sustainability led to the German Gastro Founder's Prize being awarded in 2023 Hogapage reported.

The company is already planning to expand with a second location in Heilbronn, which is scheduled to open in autumn 2025. In cooperation with Campus Founders, a startup & co-innovation hub, the new location is being realized in the new Gravity building on the Heilbronn educational campus. This campus is home to over 8,000 students and around 15 educational institutions, making the region a culinary meeting place that combines sustainability, entrepreneurship and conscious enjoyment.

Diverse offering and regional products

Heaven’s Kitchen’s offerings are complemented by light dishes such as bowls and sandwiches. Soul food variations such as tagliatelle al ragout and no-beef bourguignon are also added to the menu. Particular emphasis is placed on the use of seasonal products and collaboration with regional partner companies. This approach is intended to not only enrich the dining experience, but also support the local economy.

The last award ceremony for the German Gastro Founder Award took place on March 14, 2025 at the INTERNORGA in Hamburg. While Heaven’s Kitchen won awards in the competition, the audience voted Taco Craze, an innovative Mexican street food concept, as the grand winner. Other finalists such as GnocchUout, Mezzaluna, Smart Kids – Family.Play.Café and SON show the creative diversity of young gastronomy startups in Germany, Austria and Switzerland gastro-gruenderpreis.de documented.

With the planned expansion in Heilbronn, Heaven’s Kitchen not only wants to expand its business, but also make a positive contribution to the gastronomy landscape. Through sustainable practices and an attractive range of events, the new location is intended to become a magnet for students and visitors.
