Incredible! The city has allocated an impressive PLN 6.5 million for renovations and modernizations. In a total of 65 schools and kindergartens, the impossible is literally made possible! VII LO students can look forward to a practically new building that opens its doors after the holidays. This isn't just a refresher, it's a revolution in education!
The monumental renovations: a total work of art!
The city of Bydgoszcz has made historic investments in the city's education system with a budget of over PLN 9 million. What exactly is being renovated? Let yourself be surprised:
- Modernisierung von Sanitär- und Elektroinstallationen – nie mehr leere Toiletten!
- Überarbeitung von Turnhallen, Küchen und Toiletten – die Schüler werden wie Könige behandelt!
- In 15 Bildungseinrichtungen verwandeln sich Eingänge und Fassaden in ein traumhaftes Gesicht!
- Umfasst sind auch spezielle Einrichtungen für Kinder mit Autismus, inklusive eines Aufzugs – eine Sensation für die Inklusion!
The renewal doesn't stop with the equipment! At Zespole Szkół Gastronomiczno-Hotelarskich, a former checkout room is being transformed into a psychologist's room, while the gymnasium is being converted for future generations. And don't forget the four workshops that are being modernized - this place will become a stronghold of education!
An unforgettable start to school!
The work is scheduled to be completed by September 1st, in time for the big celebrations marking the opening of the 2024/2025 school year. Justyna Ormanowska, the courageous director of Zespołu Szkół Gastronomiczno-Hotelarskich, and Joanna Busz, deputy director of Wydziału Edukacji and Sportu, are at the forefront of this exciting transformation!
But that's not all! New classrooms for aspiring aviation mechanics are being built at Zespole Szkół Mechanicznych nr 1! A new era of technical education is dawning! Students are studying in the former high school during construction work, and returning to their renovated school will be an occasion for festive celebrations!
With an integrative playground at SP nr 12, financed by a referendum and the creation of newly designed sports facilities at primary school nr 14 - the city of Bydgoszcz is proving to be a pioneer in educational renovation.
