Big fire brigade festival in Kaltenlengsfeld: new fire hall opens!

On May 26, 2025, the community of Kaltenlengsfeld is preparing for a very special event: the ceremonial inauguration of the new fire station is imminent. On Saturday, May 31, 2025, the Kaltenlengsfeld Fire Department Association will officially inaugurate the new courtyard, which was paved by volunteer work. This new infrastructure enables safe access to operations and offers more space for training services, which is particularly important for the volunteer fire departments.

The fire brigade festival, which also marks the inauguration, starts at 2 p.m. In addition to the official speech by club chairman Christina Rauch, guests of honor are also expected. The local brass band, the Rosataler Musikanten, provides musical accompaniment and offers visitors an entertaining program.

A celebration for the whole family

The fire brigade festival is not only a celebration of the fire brigade, but also a celebration for the entire family. Children can look forward to a bouncy castle, various children's games and tours in the fire engine. Food is also provided: there is a wide range of coffee, cakes, bratwursts, steaks, fries and pretzels as well as cool drinks and draft beer. Admission is free and invites all visitors to enjoy the festival.
