The eagerly awaited final four of the female A-youth for the German championship will take place on May 24th and 25th, 2025. The organizer of this important event is the Borussia Dortmund club, which also acts as host. The participating teams are Frankfurter HC, the reigning champions, HC Leipzig and TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen. This tournament attracts handball fans from far and wide as it showcases the best talent in youth handball.
In the preliminary round, Borussia Dortmund impressed with first place, scoring a total of 95:78 goals and collecting 6:0 points. The results show the strength of Dortmund, who prevailed in the preliminary round against Bergischen HC (31:27), TuS Metzingen (29:25) and TSG 1846 Mainz-Bretzenheim (35:26). The Frankfurter HC, as the reigning champions, also showed a strong performance with a first place in the preliminary round. They scored 100:81 goals and collected 4:2 points. Particularly noteworthy is their win against HC Erlangen (28:20) on their first matchday. HC Leipzig, who dominated the preliminary round with 106:67 goals and also collected 6:0 points, is also a strong team. Their performances in the championship round were equally impressive as they scored 115-83 goals there.
TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen came in second place in the preliminary round, but was able to score 70:60 goals in the championship round. They are also in danger of gaining the upper hand in the Final Four. The four fight for the prestigious trophy, and the tournament promises exciting encounters.
