The environmental center has come up with something special. The course includes a herb search in nature, followed by the preparation of tasty snacks such as herbal confections and wild herb snails. A highlight of the evening is enjoying the prepared food together, which promotes the joy of cooking and the community of the participants. Participants are asked to bring sturdy shoes and a basket to collect wild herbs.
Special highlights of the course
In addition to foraging for herbs and preparing gardens in nature, course participants can also make herbal cheese from goat's milk. You will receive valuable information about the wild herbs used. Neckar-Fils Environmental Center highlights that there is also a tasting of organic cheese and wine during the cheese making process. Various local experts work here, including Andrea Holzer from Ziegenhof Holzer, who will offer additional insights into cheese production.

The path to herbal education
Herbal education is becoming increasingly important these days. Training to become a herbal educator offers promising prospects for anyone who would like to engage more intensively with nature. The Nature Academy informs that prospective herbal educators will receive comprehensive support during their training. Topics such as identifying and preparing wild herbs will be fundamental components that include both theory and practice.
The further training is not only interesting for individuals, but also for groups and for people who want to develop a deeper understanding of nature. The exchange with the nature community remains active even after the training, which further enriches the learning processes.
