The Magstadt Sports Shooting Guild (SSGi) has gotten off to a promising start in the current season of the air rifle association league. With two wins from their first competitions, the team impressively shows that they also want to assert themselves in the higher league. The team initially won 3-2 against KKSV Illingen and followed with a clear 4-1 win against SV Buch III. Overall, SSGi Magstadt scored four valuable points in the table. The individual points from the two victories added up to a remarkable overall record of 7:3, which puts the team in a strong starting position. Annemarie Schmidt and the new player Namrita Kanamarlapudi stood out in second and third positions and showed outstanding performances. This reports Krzbb.
The shooters from Magstadt seem to be in good shape. On the last day of the competition in Ödheim, the first air rifle team defeated SV Göggingen, bottom of the table, 5-0. The shooters achieved impressive results. Annemarie Schmidt set new standards with 385 rings, while Luisa Rudolph, Stefan Dietze and Jessica Beuttler also delivered consistently. Daniel Böttcher also demonstrated his skills with his season's best of 385 rings.
Results of the competition day
After a lunch break, the second competition followed against SGi Oedheim 1, which SSGi Magstadt also won 3-2. Here too, the athletes' performances were remarkable. Luisa Rudolph in particular once again demonstrated her strength with 390 rings.
