The celebrated Froschau will once again be the hot center of events on Thursday, August 14th, when the fifth edition of the spectacular Froschau festival takes place! From 6 p.m. to midnight, visitors can expect an incomparable experience that should not be missed. Organized by the committed city of Freyung as well as the Kolping family and the regional shop Dreimalig, this festival promises to be a true feast for the senses!
Preparations are in full swing! Kolpingstrasse will be closed to traffic from 4 p.m. - and for good reason! The streets shine in festive splendor to make room for the extraordinary festival. And as if that wasn't enough, the musical accompaniment is provided by the rousing band Pine Cone, which is guaranteed to get the crowd dancing!
Captivating offers and culinary highlights
Visitors can look forward to a delicious selection, complemented by Austrian and Bavarian beers. In addition to a diverse selection of dishes that offers everything from sweet to savory, the popular Aperol Spritz will not be missing! And for those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks, there are delicious drinks, coffee and cakes to pamper the taste buds of those celebrating.

For everyone who wants a relaxing journey, the Abteistrasse remains accessible without restrictions. But the top rule for all visitors: If the weather is bad, the festival will unfortunately have to be canceled!
