Waldner honors long-time employees: anniversary celebration in Wangen!
On Thursday, May 28, 2025, the Waldner Group's evening of honor took place in Wangen, to which numerous anniversaries and top performers were invited. In the festive atmosphere, the employees were recognized for their many years of service. A total of 29 anniversaries were honored: nine employees with 40 years of service and 16 employees with 25 years of service received recognition for their valuable contribution to the company's success. A highlight of the event was the speech by Stephan Schaale, the CFO of Waldner Holding, who particularly emphasized the commitment and potential of the employees.
The honorees with 40 years of service are: Wilhelm Ganal, Uwe-Rainer Gebert, Wolfgang Loritz, Helmut Michalka, Bruno Müller, Christoph Prasser, Thomas Putz, Martina Weber and Helmut Willi. The 16 anniversaries with 25 years of service were also celebrated, including Carlo Aloe, Erwin Berger and Larissa Kohl, to name just a few. These awards not only recognize the loyalty of the employees, but also underline the importance of the company for the Wangen region. According to Waldner, these honors reflect the committed cooperation between employees, the company and the city.

Dr. Jörg Waiblinger, Chairman of the Advisory Board, echoed Schaale's words and emphasized the need for cohesion, which is essential for both the company and the city.
