Registration for Welzheim's holiday hit: Secure your place!

The Welwaldheim in Welzheim is again the focus of summer vacation activities for children and adolescents in 2025. As a biggest holiday leisure in the Limesstadt, the program attracts numerous participants every year and offers you the opportunity to spend an eventful time. The Welwaldheim is organized by the AWO, which attaches great importance to a varied and entertaining program. Traditionally, a balloon start opens the holiday program, which takes place in August.

Registration for the popular places in the Welwaldheim begins today, July 2, 2025, at 2 p.m. Due to internal organizational processes of home day, there was a delay in the registration start this year. It is important that the registration can only be made via the online portal Feripro. Telephone, faxed, emails or oral registrations are not possible.

After the registration deadline, the participant places are drawn by the Feripro system. All children, regardless of whether they come from Welzheim or the surrounding area, have the same chances of a place in the Welwaldheim. However, only children from other cities can be taken into account if there are still places available. The participants receive information by email about the allocation of the "event pass".

• Many events are free; Contributions to expenses are paid to the respective organizer on site.
• In the event of deregistration, an immediate notification of ferienprogramm@welzheim.de is required.
• A reimbursement of the money takes place only when you deregistered in time, at least one week before the event.

The city of Welzheim has taken out accident and liability insurance for all participants. The city's liability begins at the beginning of the event and ends with its end. The Welwaldheim is very important in Welzheim and is not only visited by new participants. Former participants often switch to the team of helpers and thus contribute to continuity and the positive development of the program.
