Today the city of Waiblingen, a place full of possibilities, was able to experience a truly MASSIVE event: ThisEncouragement seminarwith the amazing title “It's great that you're there" sent waves of enthusiasm through the halls of the Salier-Realschule! With the aim of encouraging future-hungry students to recognize their STRENGTHS, this unique seminar spared no effort to reach the minds and hearts of the participants! At a time when many students suffer from self-doubt and insecurities, the start-up “My courageous path“, which was founded in 2018, is an almost superhuman attempt to support young people in their search for identity and professional orientation. My courageous path has created a seminar designed by visionary students for students that unleashes the brute force to give new hope to those who feel lost.

On this glorious day, 120 students were provided with a workbook that not only gives them the tools for strengths analysis, but also creates space for self-realization and creativity!Sensational!The photo wall, decorated with cards like “#Maker” and “Dreamteam”, invites you to participate interactively and is the perfect place for memorable snapshots.
The four GUIDING PRINCIPLESof the day act like magic keys that open the doors to a new self-confidence:

The participants not only dealt with these concepts theoretically, but also gave presentationsWhatsApp feedbackand worked on posters that captured their newfound knowledge! This seminar lasted four and a half hours full of energy and motivation!
The challenges of youth
In a world that is becoming increasingly complex and challenging, students need to address what they really want. The needs were researched in advance through direct conversations with students aged 22 to 27.
