Among the approved applications is the construction of a new multi-family residential building on “Badanger” on Neuhauser Straße, which offers a total of eight residential units. This project is being implemented by a local investor and is part of the effort to expand housing in the region. Furthermore, an application to demolish an existing barn and add garages to a double garage on Schulstrasse was approved.

Another important application concerns the construction of a single-family home on land number 1079, but the decision has been postponed. The reason for this is that the applicant must submit additional documents. Photovoltaic system in Unteraigen

Particularly noteworthy is the decision to draw up a development plan for an open-space photovoltaic system in Unteraigen. The planned area of ​​13.9 hectares will provide a module area of ​​3.7 hectares and achieve a nominal output of around nine megawatts.
