On the night of Saturday, May 31, 2025, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, a threatening incident occurred at a club festival in Vaihingen an der Enz. At around 1:35 a.m., an unknown male person sprayed irritant gas among the guests of the festive event, which took place on the sports field at the Spitalmühle and was open to around 300 visitors. The affected people had to receive medical treatment at a local care center. The rescue service and the fire brigade were quickly deployed with strong forces to deal with the injured situation. The perpetrator who fled has not yet been identified, and neither the motive for the crime nor the person's appearance are currently known, as ludwigsburg24 specifies.
