There have been several extremely worrying incidents of exhibitionism at the Lower Seewaldsee in Horrheim, in the Ludwigsburg district, in recent days. As the Stuttgart News According to reports, on Wednesday, June 26, 2025, at around 3:45 p.m., two young men exposed themselves on the shore of the bathing lake. The 26-year-old was particularly provocative by waving his penis towards the opposite bank while his 17-year-old accomplice played with his genitals in his trousers. Witnesses alerted the police, who found the two suspects on site. However, they denied the crimes and were released after their personal details were established.
The following day, June 27, 2025, another incident occurred that alarmed officials. At around 7:30 p.m., an unknown senior citizen, aged between 70 and 80, exposed his private parts in front of several witnesses, including small children. The man, who was wearing a red, orange and gray checked shirt, short beige trousers and a dark cap, was around 1.75 meters tall and slightly stocky. Despite an extensive search involving several patrol cars, the old man could no longer be caught.
Previous incidents at Seewaldsee
The incidents at Unterer Seewaldsee are not isolated. As early as August 13, 2023, a 75-year-old woman informed the police after an unknown man was noticed with exhibitionistic acts at the Oberer Seewaldsee. The homeless man, who was around 40 years old and had short hair, had been masturbating near the water. When the woman spoke to him and asked him to stop the act, she also called another bather to help. As a result, the perpetrator fled on a bicycle towards Unterer Seewaldsee after getting dressed. In this case, too, a call was made for the public's help to find other victims or witnesses. The police point out that children in particular were affected in the current incidents. The investigative commission of the Ludwigsburg police headquarters has started the investigation and is still urgently looking for witnesses or other victims who may be able to provide information about the incidents.
