At the Hotel Fulda Mitte, guests can expect an enjoyable break with freshly brewed coffee from the Reinholz coffee roastery and a selection of regional snacks. Promote enjoyment in the region

A notable feature of the hotel is the close cooperation with local craft companies and the training of trainees from the region. A third of the guests are conference participants, while business travelers and individual travelers also visit the hotel. The coffee break is 90 percent homemade, with an offering that attracts an average of 50 guests and can serve up to 200 people when fully occupied. The city of Fulda has launched the FOLL REGIONAL program to promote regional gastronomy, which provides subsidies for the purchase of regional food.
