Burglar caught: 26 break-ins and over 110,000 euros in damage!

In the Esslingen and Göppingen districts, the police and the public prosecutor's office have achieved a significant success in their investigation against a trio of burglaries. Several break-ins that have caused damage of over 110,000 euros this year are linked to the group. Last Thursday, a 34-year-old woman was arrested and accused of being a member of this gang. Both report this star as well as SWP.

The investigation revealed that the gang was accused of a total of 26 burglaries. The 34-year-old was arrested on the basis of an arrest warrant requested by the Stuttgart public prosecutor's office, which was issued and executed by the Stuttgart district court. During an apartment search in Hochdorf on May 22, 2025, evidence was seized that should bring the investigating authorities closer to the fleeing accomplices.

Investigation success and ongoing investigations

The specialized investigation team dealing with the case successfully determined the identity of the perpetrator. The public prosecutor's office has confirmed that the investigation into the accomplices who are still on the run is still active. According to the authorities, the arrested woman, who lives near Göppingen, is accused of serious gang theft.

Police have increased their presence in the tested areas to prevent further incidents. The total damage caused by the break-ins exceeded 110,000 euros, which underlines the seriousness of the crimes.

The arrest of the suspects represents an important step in the fight against organized crime in the region. The responsible authorities hope that the ongoing investigation will identify further members of the burglary trio and bring them to justice.
