The wooden miracle: a masterpiece of craftsmanship
Starting with nothing more than two Wrangler axles as a laborious foundation, Arnold has created a work that pushes the boundaries of imagination. From doors to seats, window frames and even cotter pins on the hubcaps - everything has been crafted with incredible attention to detail. Did you know that the wood of the frame was constructed to be twice as thick as the original steel? Instead of 6 cm, it is now an impressive 12 cm! This is not an ordinary one, but the stick of the wooden car in off-road!
But the challenges were enormous! Building the wooden jeep required an incredible 4,000 hours of work and almost 30,000 euros. Ja, SIE lesen richtig! To create the curves, Arnold used creative methods and put his skills to a huge test of patience with hot steam. The first attempt took ten hours and failed miserably! After further failed attempts, Arnold finally succeeded on his fifth attempt. 50 hours of work for a single piece of wood – that’s nothing other than pure fascination!

In a daring experiment, Arnold chose a V8 engine from a '79 Jeep Wagoneer, banishing the CJ-7's boring original 4.9-liter V8. Damn boring, says Arnold!
