New coach, new goal: TSV Deizisau starts in the regional league!

The TSV Deizisau women's football team is ready for the start of the new regional league season 2025/2026. After Chris Händgen left the club for FV 09 Nürtingen, Tim Neidhart took over as coach. The 25-year-old Neidhart previously played for the TSV Deizisau men's team in the 2021/2022 season, but had to end his active career due to knee injuries and is now devoting himself to coaching.

Last season, TSV Deizisau finished in eighth place in the regional league. The Deizisau women have set themselves high goals for the coming season: “We want to ensure we stay in the league and continue to play at the top,” explains Neidhart. Personnel changes and expectations

Alexandra Berner is also celebrating an important comeback, returning as a goalkeeping coach after retiring as a player. The Region League is the third highest league in German women's football. A total of five separate leagues play in this league.
