Autumn market in Weil: Fresh delicacies and good deeds await!
The traditional autumn market will take place in Weil im Schönbuch on October 11, 2025. Anyone interested should mark this day in their calendar, as the event offers a variety of exquisite and regional delicacies. The market starts at 8 a.m. and ends at 1 p.m. The venue is the area in front of the Protestant St. Martin's Church, a central point in the community.
Visitors can look forward to fresh and home-made food offered by numerous stalls. In addition, the autumnal atmosphere is underlined by decorative items and handicrafts. A special highlight of the market are the salty cakes, which are served fresh from the bakery from around 9 a.m. For afternoon coffee there is also a selection of homemade cakes, which are also available to take away. The Wägeles Café in front of the Protestant community center also invites you to have a relaxed breakfast or a coffee break.
Support for good causes
The proceeds from the autumn market are used sensibly, as half of the proceeds go to the community's own children and youth work. The other half goes to the Christian children's aid organization “educare” in Brazil. The aim is to offer children in the drug district of São Paulo full meals and educational opportunities. The public is warmly invited to visit the market and support the important projects through their purchases.

But it's not just the autumn market that's on the agenda. Children's Bible Week will take place from Thursday, October 30th to Saturday, November 1st. Here children aged 4 to 12 can listen to Bible stories, play games, do crafts and sing. The daily activities begin at 2:30 p.m. in the Evangelical Community Center in Breitenstein. The final service will take place on Sunday, November 2nd, at 10:30 a.m. in the St. George's Church. Afterwards, a boner with food is offered. Registration is required and can be done in the community office or online using the QR code on the flyer/poster. The registration deadline is October 24th.
