Diversity of art in Böblingen: Discover the latest exhibitions!

The art scene in the Böblingen district will also be diverse and varied in June 2025. Artistic exhibitions attract both art lovers and the curious to the region. The focus is on the remarkable exhibition in SCHAUWERK Sindelfingen, which runs until June 29th and shows works by master students at the Karlsruhe Academy of Fine Arts.

The exhibition entitled “TOP_0025” presents 72 works that offer space for experimentation and new ideas. The creative highlights of the exhibition are particularly noteworthy. Fiona Marten shows a wall painting with a QR code that offers deeper insights into her work. Thomas Morgan impresses with a large-format painting inspired by childhood memories, complemented by tree-like sculptures.

Diverse exhibitions in the region

The Sindelfingen Gallery LG28 is currently offering exhibitions by Annerose Wald and Waltraud Wellmann, which can be seen until September 21st. The double exhibition “Unforeseen” with Gianni Caravaggio and Johannes Wald will be shown in the city’s gallery until September 14th, while the gallery will present Barbara Steegmüller’s pictures in the shop window until August 23rd.

Another highlight is the retrospective “Im Lauten quietly” by Hans Bäurle in the Böblingen district office, which can be visited until July 4th. The city library in Höfle is showing the exhibition “The Secret Life of Things” through the Böblingen DAT art school until September 14th.

Cultural encounters in Böblingen

The German Butcher Museum makes its visitors think with the exhibition “Old Hams – A Retrospective of the Future”, which runs until October 12th. At the same time, Marinus van Aalst is offering a permanent exhibition as part of his art project “Memory Rooms” on the history of the Second World War, which can be seen in Böblingen until November.

In Gärtringen, the Friday painting group is showing its works under the title “Art Pleasure – When Art Meets Passion” in the town hall until the end of November. Art can also be found in the neighboring community of Aidlingen: There is the exhibition “Nature Gehisper” by Maggie Jarak and Frank Faller, which will remain open until further notice.

The numerous exhibitions in the Böblingen region offer art lovers an excellent opportunity to discover and enjoy the diversity and creativity of contemporary art. The master student exhibition at SCHAUWERK Sindelfingen in particular underlines how important innovative spaces are for artists and their development.
