TSV Ehningen celebrates their first team victory in front of their home crowd!

Yesterday evening, TSV Ehningen celebrated its first team win in the current league season in a thrilling duel against KG Wurmlingen/Tuttlingen. With a final score of 18:13, the team was able to impress in front of the home crowd and thus secured four important team points. Adrian Moise contributed to this success with an impressive shoulder victory that thrilled the spectators. The victory is the result of intensive preparation and hard work from the entire team as they fight through the challenges of the season.

After a difficult start to the season, where TSV Ehningen clearly lost 7:22 away against AB Aichhalden last Saturday, the victory was particularly important for the team's morale. In Aichhalden the team had to struggle with injuries and personnel problems. No athlete could be placed in the weight class up to 57 kg freestyle, which led to a 0:4. While some athletes such as Kai Rachwalski (130 kg Greco-Roman) were able to achieve a victory, the overall picture was characterized by several defeats. Another example was the match of Constantin Bulibasa (61 kg Greco-Roman), who lost to Maxim Mamulat in a technically superior manner (2:8). The performance of the entire team in Aichhalden was characterized by improvised formations, coach Maik Busch pointed out.

First flywheel to success

The joy of the first win of the season is even greater after the last disappointing defeat. Newcomer Marcel Flick (80 kg freestyle) shone with his shoulder win against Marvin Roth, which secured additional points for TSV Ehningen. Timo Stiffel (75 kg Greco-Roman) also made a decisive contribution to the overall result with his performance in the fight against Wurmlingen/Tuttlingen.

The next step for the team will be to take the performance from yesterday's win into the next matches and put together a more stable team. The team needs better lineups in the upcoming competition in order to build on their previous success and continue to gain points.

This positive development could be crucial for the upcoming challenges in the major league, and expectations for the team are likely to continue to rise. TSV Ehningen is faced with the task of converting both the momentum-boosting successes and the challenges overcome into a strong overall picture.
