On June 17, 2025, the Michelin Guide will again award new stars for German restaurants. There are several candidates in the Stuttgart region who are hoping for the coveted star. According to the Stuttgarter Nachrichten, the Christophorus restaurant is one of the serious contenders. The Christophorus stands out from the competition with a sophisticated service concept that gently places guests in their armchairs and presents them with menus at the same time.
The nine-course menu is created by chef Fabian Seher, while an aperitif cart features fine wines such as champagne, sherry and Porsche sparkling wine. This attention-to-detail approach could help Christophorus secure a Michelin star, as the evaluation committee also pays attention to exceptional service.
