Africa Festival Stuttgart: A colorful anniversary from June 20th to 22nd!

On the long weekend from June 20th to 22nd, 2025, Stuttgart will be the venue for the popular Africa Festival, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. The festival, which is taking place over four days for the first time, begins on Friday at 4 p.m. on Ernst-Reuter-Platz and promises an anniversary program with numerous surprises and special highlights. The Africa Festival celebrates the diversity of the African continent and the diaspora and is aimed at a broad audience with various program items. Volunteers are welcome, and first aiders are urgently needed for the first aid team. In addition to the Africa Festival celebrations, Stuttgart is offering a variety of other events this weekend. The inline skating season begins in the Eiswelt Stuttgart, where free inline skating is possible from June 16th to August 22nd, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. On the evening of June 18th, the Silent Book Club will take place in Herbert'z Espressobar from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., followed by a karaoke evening in Biddy Early's Irish Pub at 9 p.m., both also free of charge.
