On July 3, 2025, the Stuttgart bakery Schrade opens a pop-up store called "Bread Club" in Kirchstrasse, which is pursuing the goal of testing a trendy concept for the big city and presenting the baking trade in the city center. The sisters Laureen, Lisa and Ellen Schrade have gained international experiences in cities such as Lisbon, Amsterdam, London and Stellenbosch. The pop-up store will enable you to intensify the connection to customers and offer a selection of high-quality baked goods. The Schrade bakery, which has already operated several branches in the outer districts of Stuttgart, including in Möhringen and Degerloch, takes another step towards expansion.
The offer of the "Bread Club"
In the "Bread Club", a carefully selected range of pastries and specialty coffee is offered. The focus is on organic sauerteig bread with long dough, grill baguette, pretzels and Scandinavian trends such as cardamom buns. The cooperation with La Marzocco also enables the use of a high -quality portafilter machine for coffee preparation. The coffee offer includes filter coffee, Americano, espresso, cappuccino and flat white, both in warm and cold variants, including options with milk set.
The pop-up store impresses with its minimalist design, which puts the craft in the foreground. The opening times are from Tuesday to Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., however, changes are reserved. An official opening event is planned for July 12, 2025.
With this innovative approach, the bakery aims to breathe new life into the tradition of baking craft. The concept has the potential to win new customers and to establish the bakery as a meeting point in the city. The "Bread Club" is undoubtedly an exciting new place for all lovers of fresh pastries and high quality coffee in Stuttgart.
