Art dealer Thomas Niecke, owner of the gallery, emphasizes the importance of artistic creation and quotes the watercolor artist Hans Köhler, who sees talent as crucial to the creative process. The exhibiting artists include Wolfgang Eichenbrenner, who lived from 1947 to 2016, and Heinz Nowag, a “painting poet” who was born in 1909 and studied at the Bauhaus.
