Winnenden is celebrating: open-air concerts are starting soon in the heart of the city!
There is great anticipation for the open-air concerts on the market square in Winnenden. From June 13, 2025, the city center will be the venue for the popular art meeting series, which takes place every Friday until mid-September. A total of 13 dates are planned, with 26 different artists performing, with two exceptions that are not yet known. Mario Comite from the art initiative is particularly looking forward to the start of the events, which are an integral part of cultural life in the region.
The concerts take place every Friday from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the market fountain. Admission to the events is free, but club membership is recommended to support them. Visitors can look forward to a relaxed atmosphere in which, in addition to music, food and cold drinks are offered.
A colorful program
One of the bands that will be performing is acousticTREE. This acoustic band led by singer Friedi has years of music and stage experience and impresses with a repertoire that includes pop, rock, folk, blues and light jazz. acousticTREE concerts are characterized by their interactivity: the audience often sings and dances along, which contributes to a special experience. Swing evergreens, rock 'n' roll hits, country music and current songs will also be performed.
Another group that will delight the audience is Grooveteeth. This band has been active with the same line-up for 20 years and plays rock and beat music from the early years. Their repertoire ranges from the late 50s to the 70s and includes classics from the Beatles and Rolling Stones. The combination of different musical styles and eras promises varied and entertaining evenings.

With the return of open-air concerts, the market square in Winnenden will once again be a popular meeting place for music lovers and those who enjoy the special atmosphere of these summer evenings.
