On July 24, 2025, the employees of the Fellbach Evangelical Association experienced an unforgettable adventure that will go down in the annals of the company! The sensational employee trip to Roßberg not only promised a break from everyday stress, but also the ultimate opportunity to strengthen team spirit in the midst of breathtaking nature. As the Stuttgart News reported, this magnificent excursion was an expression of deep appreciation for the tireless efforts of the employees!

The participants were taken by two buses to the first stop, the idyllic Gönninger Lakes. There not only was a fantastic backdrop waiting for her, but also the perfect opportunity to have conversations outside of everyday professional life. A place of relaxation and exchange - a true paradise for the soul!

A hiking adventure in a class of its own

After this charming opening stage, we went to the “Roßbergwiesen” hiking car park, where the highlight of the excursion followed: an exciting hike to the hiking home on the Roßberg. This route challenged the physical limits of the employees, as participants who particularly enjoyed hiking had the opportunity to climb directly from the Gönninger Lakes to the hiking center. They were rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view all the way to the edge of the picturesque Swabian Alb!

And after all the exertion, a well-deserved lunch awaited in the hiking home, where the employees' fine palates were put to the test. “A taste explosion!” one could emphasize when looking at the enthusiasm of the participants. It was a feast that was definitely worth the tired feet!

Action and fun at the end

But that wasn't all - the spirit of adventure that lasted for days was to be crowned with exciting activities! The options ranged from exciting tobogganing in Erpfingen to a charming stroll through the historic old town of Tübingen. These final activities were the culmination of an experience that brought employees closer together than ever before.
