Dürr AG sells environmental technology: 250 million euros for debt reduction!
Dürr AG has announced today that it sells its environmental technology business, the Division Clean Technology Systems Environmental, to a subsidiary of Stortex Capital Management LLC. The sales contract was signed on June 29, 2025, whereby the execution of the transaction for the fourth quarter of 2025 is expected, but it is still subject to the usual approval obligations. In 2024, the environmental technology business generated sales of 407 million euros, and the company value of the division is around 385 million euros. After deducting the costs for the return participation and other transaction -related costs, Dürr expects a net sales proceeds of around 250 million euros. These funds should be used to reduce debt and strengthen the group.
