The crime occurred on March 11, 2024 in the early hours of the morning when the man left the apartment. The senior was emotionally dependent on the woman, which supports the allegations of murder through treachery and greed. The prosecution sees the 73-year-old victim as innocent and defenseless, which further increases the seriousness of the charge.
