A highlight of social life is coming up in Achmer this weekend: the shooting festival, which will be celebrated on Saturday, June 14th. The parade and the subsequent celebrations
The parade leads through inviting streets such as Robert Bosch Straße, Westerkappelner Straße and Berliner Ring before ending at the festival square. So that the joy of the shooting festival can also be enjoyed by younger generations, a children's royal shooting competition will take place after the parade, followed by the proclamation of the new regents. This ceremony takes place at 5:30 p.m. for the child royal couple and around 7:00 p.m. for the youth and rifle kings.

The second day of the shooting festival, Sunday, June 15th, begins at 10:30 a.m. with a morning pint in the shooting range, where awards will be given. The festival site will finally be cleaned up again on Monday, June 16th, with helpers meeting at 2 p.m.
