In an INCREDIBLE uproar over the headscarf ban for Muslim teachers, Andrea Scheck, the president of the SP Canton of St.Gallen, is raising her voice and calling for a NEW ERA of equality! In a dramatic appeal, she blames the SVP, which in her opinion is creating nothing other than OPPORTUNISTIC OFFERS to capitalize on the delicate situation. Today, July 11th, 2025, this conflict is causing huge waves of indignation! Sardona24 reports that Scheck not only focuses on the ban on the headscarf, but also makes an explosive demand to the SVP: If Muslim women are not allowed to be hired as teachers, then the wearing of Christian symbols such as cross necklaces should also be prohibited!

According to this ruling, bans on religious symbols are only permissible if they are formulated in a general and religion-neutral manner. The anti-discrimination agency makes it clear that a selective ban that is aimed exclusively at Muslim women not only violates the ban on discrimination, but also massively impairs freedom of belief. And that's just the tip of the iceberg! The state is obliged to act neutrally and enforce these LOST VALUES.
Surprisingly, reality shows that the issue of headscarves in the workplace has been hotly debated for years - and yet there is no agreement in sight! This debate began in 2000 and was fueled by several landmark rulings by the Federal Constitutional Court in 2003 and 2015. All eyes are now on the lessons learned from these rulings, because the question remains: Will the state really remain neutral, as the Basic Law provides?
The outrageous verdict
A special case is making the rounds: A decision by the Kassel Administrative Court dismissed the complaint of a Muslim trainee - the court decided that the trainee's religious freedom had to take second place to the neutrality of the state. This decision reflects a worrying trend that has already alarmed many people!
