The budget draft shows that around 58.5 billion euros are intended for future investments in the core budget, which makes 3.5 billion euros more than in 2023. Among the various areas of the investments are 4.8 billion euros for microelectronics, 3.9 billion euros for electricity price compensation and 1.25 billion euros for digital infrastructure. These investments should not only boost the economy, but also offer direct benefits for the citizens.
