Three unknown attackers attack 23-year-olds in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen!
There was a violent attack on a 23-year-old man in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen on Thursday, June 12, 2025. The incident occurred around 6:45 p.m. on Mönchsbergstrasse when the victim overtook three previously unknown men. After a verbal argument ensued, two of the attackers attacked and beat him, while a third attacker did not actively participate in the attack. After a short time, the attackers let go of their victim and fled.
The police have started an investigation and are urgently looking for witnesses to the incident. The first attacker is described as being around 175 to 180 cm tall, with a tanned complexion and short black hair. He was wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. The second attacker also matches this description, but came wearing a blue soccer jersey. Connection to firearm incidents
This incident is not the first in the region to attract police attention. There have been several shooting incidents in Stuttgart in recent months, with a dramatic increase since March 2023. Reports of such attacks are increasing, particularly in Zuffenhausen. On March 17, 2023, a 32-year-old man was shot in front of a pizzeria and had to be taken to hospital with serious injuries, but his life is now out of danger, according to information from BW24.
In total, there have been seven registered cases of recent incidents involving shooting in the Stuttgart region, including an attack on a 23-year-old in front of a disco and another victim, a 21-year-old, who was hit in the leg in Eislingen. Further incidents affected industry expenses in Donzdorf, Reichenbach and Ostfildern, but these occurred without any human injuries. There was also particular concern about an FDP politician who was shot in Hattenhofen on March 19, 2023 and had to undergo surgery, but is stable.
The Stuttgart police have now set up a special commission with around 30 members to investigate the background to the numerous firearms incidents. This involves checking whether there is a connection between the individual incidents and whether they may have been committed by the same perpetrators. Despite the worrying developments, the police authority emphasizes that there is no specific danger to the population.
