SHOCK CASE: High school graduate suddenly deported to Iraq despite top grades!

In an incredible and shocking incident, Ramzi Awat Nabi, a 24-year-old Iraqi citizen with a glowing 1.5 high school diploma, was arrested in Stuttgart-Vaihingen and deported into the darkness of his homeland! This happened even though he had lived in Germany for years and had hope for a promising future in the field of environmental and energy technology. Instead, he now has to fight for his survival in dangerous northern Iraq!

Federal Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt (CSU) is pleased with the brutal deportation measures taken by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Justice and Migration. This year, a hair-raising 21 charter planes carrying a total of 2,210 people were sent to the remote corners of Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East! Krzbb.de reports that a shocking 20,084 people with similar fates were deported from Germany in the entire year of 2024 - an unprecedented figure for recent years.

The tragedy of an innocent man

Why was Ramzi, who fled to Germany with his family a few years ago and obtained a high school diploma with top grades, treated so unscrupulously? There are considerable doubts about his identity, which is being questioned by the immigration authorities! Despite submitting evidence, his urgent application against deportation was rejected by the Stuttgart Administrative Court. His identity is questioned by the authorities, even though he has done everything to prove that he belongs here!

Ramzi was taken into deportation detention in a cloak and dagger operation - after a relative with a valid residence permit tried in vain to draw attention to the ongoing proceedings. Stuttgart newspaper reports that the immigration authorities could actually offer Ramzi a visa to return - but he would have to cover the costs of his own deportation! Isn't that unbelievable?

Legal uprising and outrage

The outrage in Germany is growing! Supporters, including a dedicated lawyer and former classmates of Ramzi, have started a petition and are planning a protest scheduled for Saturday at 6:30 p.m. at Rotebühlplatz in Stuttgart. They are strongly demanding the return of the talented young man who appears to be just a number to the German authorities, but to his friends and supporters he is anything but!

Bundestag member Luigi Pantisano (Die Linke) expresses massive doubts about the legality of this deportation and urgently calls for changes. “This is not an isolated case, but an alarming pattern that urgently needs to be clarified!” This is a cry of humanity in the midst of a cold and often heartless bureaucratic system!

The grim reality of deportations

And what is the grim reality in Germany? Last year there were a total of 2,873 deportations, and this year 633 innocent foreigners, including children, have already suffered the catastrophic result! Bpb.de points out that many of these deportations are not based on criminal offenses, but simply because the people lack papers or their toleration has expired. Why are the legal rules not adhered to in such extreme situations?

The citizens of Germany are frozen in shock - how can it be that even with excellent school performance it is so difficult to stay here permanently? Ramzi Awat Nabi is emblematic of the passionate struggle for justice in a system that often appears cold and indifferent! It's time we all stand up and stand up for the rights of the innocent!
