Seniors' afternoon in Kornwestheim: coffee, cake and nostalgia!
A festive seniors' afternoon is on the agenda in Kornwestheim next week. On Tuesday, July 8, 2025, you are invited to a social gathering in the Franziskussaal at Adolfstrasse 12 from 2:30 p.m. The event is organized by local associations and initiatives and provides a variety of entertainment. Planned activities and organization
In the months before this event there was already another seniors' afternoon, which took place on March 29th and 30th, 2025. Seniors aged 75 and over were invited, with the official openings being carried out by Mayor Nico Lauxmann and First Mayor Daniel Güthler. A varied program was offered on these days, inviting people to actively participate and laugh along.
Volunteers took care of the physical well-being of the guests and created an inviting atmosphere with coffee and cake. This form of committed senior citizen work contributes significantly to the community and togetherness in Kornwestheim.
