Full closure in Geislingen: L1221 will remain closed until September!
From August 31, 2025, the L1221 in Geislingen an der Steige will be completely closed until September 20, 2025 due to pavement renewal work. This measure begins at 10:00 p.m. and lasts until 9:59 p.m. of the last day. The total length of the closed route is 1.7 kilometers. The full closure affects the L1221 in the Eybach district of the Göppingen district. The responsible traffic authorities have signposted several diversions to keep traffic moving. The diversion will have a total length of 33.1 km and will result in an additional travel time of around 43 minutes.
