Calcio Leinfelden-Echterdingen is strengthening: two new stars in the team!

Calcio Leinfelden-Echterdingen is pushing ahead with squad restructuring. The club has signed two more newcomers to prepare for the coming challenges in the association league. After a disappointing season in which the club was relegated from the Oberliga, the team is planning a new beginning one year after promotion to the Verbandsliga.

The focus is particularly on 23-year-old Luan Kukic, who is now returning a few months after moving to FV Ravensburg. After just two months at FVR, in which he distinguished himself with a record of six competitive games, four goals and one assist, Kukic left the club at his own request. When he was replaced, Ravensburg's team manager Alex Heumann emphasized that the discussions with Calcio were fair and correct, which made the situation easier for everyone involved. Coach Martin Braun viewed Kukic's ability to help the team with his pace as positive, although the striker will no longer support the Ravensburg team, for example in the important game against SV Fellbach.

Kukic's return and requirements

Kukic had already caused a stir during his time at Calcio Leinfelden-Echterdingen, where he scored 31 goals and made a significant contribution to their promotion to the top league. His unique type of striker, as he announced at the beginning of his career at Ravensburg, is now needed again to gain a foothold in the association league. Calcio hopes that Kukic's experience and skills will help the club consolidate quickly.

The upcoming game against FSV Hollenbach, which will be played on Saturday at 3:30 p.m., is particularly relevant. This last game of the season could play an important role for the team's morale, even if the focus is no longer on returning to the top league. Calcio's squad continues to undergo a complete overhaul, indicating a forward-looking strategy for the club.

FV Ravensburg's situation

The situation at FV Ravensburg also remains exciting. In addition to Kukic, Fikret Mert Aras, another 23-year-old player, also left the club. Aras did not play in the Oberliga and will now play a league lower in the Württemberg Association League. Despite the personnel changes, FV Ravensburg is busy looking at the transfer market and looking for free players to strengthen the squad. The club is currently looking to draw level with its next opponent, SV Fellbach, as both teams currently have seven points from four games.

In summary, it can be said that both Calcio Leinfelden-Echterdingen and FV Ravensburg are in a phase of change in which both clubs want to reset their course for the coming seasons. The return of Kukic could be the key to success in the association league for Calcio, while Ravensburg continues to look for the best solutions for the team.
